WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Plan and implement projects greater than $25k
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define tasks and required resources
- Create project schedule
- Lead project team milestones and deadlines
- Manage labor budget
- Track deliverables
- Create work order and schedule labor
- Attend construction meetings
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Implement and manage change orders
- Implement and manage punch lists
- Evaluate and assess result of project
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, communication, or related field
- 4 years or more proven work experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Writes clearly and informatively
- Ability to lead completion of multiple tasks and deadlines
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
- Conflict resolution experience
- Able to tolerate stress
